Contact data you submit. When you fill in the contact form or start a chat, we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, referral source). GA4 sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf.

Technical data. Standard server and CDN logs record IP address, request time, and user agent for security and reliability.

Chatbot data. If you open the chat widget, it generates a technical browser signature (screen resolution, timezone, and a canvas and WebGL signature) to recognize a returning anonymous session. This signature and a session id are stored in your browser's local storage and sent with your messages. It is used to keep the conversation in context, not to identify you by name.

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4). Analytics cookies are optional. You can refuse or clear them in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

The chat widget uses your browser's local storage for the session id and the browser signature described above. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Website and form data are hosted on Amazon Web Services in European Union regions. Google Analytics may process data outside the EU under Google's own safeguards and standard contractual clauses.

Contact submissions are kept until they are no longer needed for the inquiry and are deleted on request. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule, so email info@startai.tech to have your submission removed. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics 4. Chatbot session data in your browser clears when you clear your browser storage. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

If you are in the EU or Serbia, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@startai.tech. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
